1. القبول
تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق مجالس العلم على أندرويد وiOS، بما في ذلك النسخ التجريبية. باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق عليها. إن لم توافق، فالرجاء عدم استخدامه.
2. الخدمة
تطبيق مجاني يعرض مواعيد الدروس والمجالس العلمية في مساجد المدينة المنورة، ومواقع المساجد، ومواقيت الصلاة. لا يتطلّب حسابًا ولا يحتوي على إعلانات أو مشتريات.
3. دقّة المعلومات
- تُجمع مواعيد الدروس وأسماء المشايخ وأماكن الدروس تحريريًا من مصادر عامة (كالإعلانات الرسمية والقنوات العامة). وهي ليست بيانات رسمية، والتطبيق غير تابع للجهة الرسمية المعنية بشؤون الحرمين الشريفين ولا لأي مسجد أو جهة رسمية.
- قد تتغيّر الدروس أو تُلغى دون إشعار. تحقّق من المسجد أو من المصدر الرسمي قبل الذهاب.
- مواقع المساجد وأماكن الدروس داخلها تقريبية.
- تُحسب مواقيت الصلاة على جهازك وفق تقويم أم القرى، وقد تختلف قليلًا عن الأذان الفعلي في المسجد.
4. الاستخدام المقبول
توافق على ألّا ترسل بلاغات كاذبة أو مسيئة، وألّا تحاول تعطيل خوادم التطبيق أو تجاوز حدود الاستخدام أو استخراج البيانات منها آليًا بكميات كبيرة، وألّا تستخدم التطبيق لأي غرض غير مشروع.
5. الملكية الفكرية
تصميم التطبيق وشيفرته ملك للمطوّر. محتوى الدروس ملك لأصحابه. بيانات الخرائط © مساهمو OpenStreetMap، وتُقدَّم عبر OpenFreeMap.
6. النسخ التجريبية والتوفّر
قد تحتوي النسخ التجريبية على أخطاء. يجوز لنا تعديل التطبيق أو إيقافه مؤقتًا أو نهائيًا في أي وقت.
7. حدود المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق مجانًا «كما هو». في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق أو الاعتماد على معلوماته، مثل فوات درس أو الذهاب إلى درس أُلغي. لا يحدّ أي شيء في هذه الشروط من مسؤولية لا يجوز الحدّ منها قانونًا، ولا من الحقوق التي تمنحها لك قوانين حماية المستهلك الإلزامية في بلد إقامتك.
8. الخصوصية
تشرح سياسة خصوصية أندرويد وسياسة خصوصية iOS البيانات التي يعالجها التطبيق وحقوقك.
9. القانون المطبّق
لا تحرمك هذه الشروط من الحماية التي توفّرها الأحكام الإلزامية لقانون بلد إقامتك، ويمكنك اللجوء إلى محاكم بلد إقامتك حيث يسمح القانون بذلك.
10. التغييرات والتواصل

1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of the مجالس العلم (Majalis Al-Ilm) app on Android and iOS, including test builds. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. The Service
A free app that shows the schedules of lessons and study circles in the mosques of Madinah, mosque locations, and prayer times. It requires no account and has no ads or purchases.
3. Accuracy of Information
- Lesson schedules, teacher names and lesson locations are compiled editorially from public sources (such as official announcements and public channels). They are not official data, and the app is not affiliated with the official authority for the Two Holy Mosques, or with any mosque or official body.
- Lessons may change or be cancelled without notice. Check with the mosque or the official source before you go.
- Mosque locations and lesson positions inside a mosque are approximate.
- Prayer times are calculated on your device using the Umm al-Qura method and may differ slightly from the actual call to prayer at a mosque.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to send false or abusive reports, not to try to disrupt the app's servers, get around their usage limits or scrape them in bulk, and not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
The app's design and code belong to the developer. Lesson content belongs to its respective owners. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, served via OpenFreeMap.
6. Test Builds and Availability
Test builds may contain bugs. We may change, suspend or discontinue the app at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from using the app or relying on its information, such as missing a lesson or going to one that was cancelled. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
8. Privacy
The Android privacy policy and the iOS privacy policy explain what data the app processes and your rights.
9. Governing Law
These terms do not deprive you of the protection given by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim before the courts of your country of residence where the law allows it.
10. Changes and Contact

1. Aceptación
Estas condiciones regulan el uso de la app مجالس العلم (Majalis Al-Ilm) en Android e iOS, incluidas las versiones de prueba. Al usar la app las aceptas. Si no estás de acuerdo, no la uses.
2. El servicio
Una app gratuita que muestra los horarios de las clases y círculos de estudio en las mezquitas de Medina, la ubicación de las mezquitas y los horarios de oración. No requiere cuenta y no tiene anuncios ni compras.
3. Exactitud de la información
- Los horarios de las clases, los nombres de los profesores y los lugares de las clases se recopilan editorialmente de fuentes públicas (como anuncios oficiales y canales públicos). No son datos oficiales, y la app no está vinculada a la autoridad oficial de las Dos Sagradas Mezquitas ni a ninguna mezquita u organismo oficial.
- Las clases pueden cambiar o cancelarse sin previo aviso. Compruébalo con la mezquita o con la fuente oficial antes de ir.
- La ubicación de las mezquitas y la posición de las clases dentro de ellas son aproximadas.
- Los horarios de oración se calculan en tu dispositivo con el método Umm al-Qura y pueden diferir ligeramente del adhan real de la mezquita.
4. Uso aceptable
Te comprometes a no enviar avisos falsos o abusivos, a no intentar interrumpir los servidores de la app, eludir sus límites de uso ni extraer sus datos de forma masiva, y a no usar la app con fines ilícitos.
5. Propiedad intelectual
El diseño y el código de la app pertenecen al desarrollador. El contenido de las clases pertenece a sus respectivos titulares. Datos del mapa © colaboradores de OpenStreetMap, servidos a través de OpenFreeMap.
6. Versiones de prueba y disponibilidad
Las versiones de prueba pueden contener errores. Podemos modificar, suspender o dejar de ofrecer la app en cualquier momento.
7. Limitación de responsabilidad
La app se ofrece gratis y «tal cual». En la medida en que lo permita la ley, no respondemos de los daños indirectos derivados del uso de la app o de confiar en su información, como perder una clase o acudir a una que se canceló. Nada en estas condiciones limita la responsabilidad que la ley no permite limitar, ni los derechos que te reconoce la normativa imperativa de protección de los consumidores de tu país de residencia.
8. Privacidad
La política de privacidad de Android y la política de privacidad de iOS explican qué datos trata la app y cuáles son tus derechos.
9. Ley aplicable
Estas condiciones no te privan de la protección que te otorgan las disposiciones imperativas de la ley de tu país de residencia, y puedes acudir a los tribunales de tu país de residencia cuando la ley lo permita.
