نطاق هذه السياسة
تنطبق سياسة الخصوصية هذه تحديدًا على نسخة أندرويد من تطبيق مجالس العلم (Majalis Al-Ilm)، بمعرّف الحزمة com.darsmap.app، المنشور على متجر Google Play بواسطة Jesus Copado Espejo. أما نسخة iOS فتخضع لـسياسة خصوصية iOS. ويخضع استخدام التطبيق لـشروط الاستخدام.
الخلاصة
لا يوجد حساب ولا تسجيل دخول. لا إعلانات. لا أدوات تحليلات أو تتبّع أو تقارير أعطال من طرف ثالث. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية. لا يُطلب منك اسمك أو بريدك أو رقم هاتفك في أي مكان داخل التطبيق. ولا يسجّل خادمنا عنوان IP الخاص بك ولا يحتفظ به.
الأذونات التي يطلبها التطبيق
هذه هي جميع الأذونات المُعلَنة في التطبيق، وسبب كل منها:

البيانات التي تغادر جهازك
- إحداثيات موقعك: تُرسل إلى خادم التطبيق فقط إذا كنت ضمن نحو 150 كم من المدينة المنورة — وهي المنطقة التي يغطيها التطبيق — لتنفيذ استعلام «الدروس القريبة» ضمن نطاق تختاره، ثم لعرض النتائج. إن كنت خارج هذه المنطقة لا يُرسَل موقعك إطلاقًا، ويعرض التطبيق دروس المدينة المنورة. لا ترتبط هذه الاستعلامات بأي حساب أو هوية، إذ لا وجود لحسابات في التطبيق أصلًا، ولا تُكتب الإحداثيات في قاعدة البيانات ولا في سجلّات الخادم. تُحسب مواقيت الصلاة على جهازك دون إرسال موقعك لأي خدمة مواقيت خارجية.
- عنوان IP: كأي اتصال بالإنترنت، يحمل كل طلب يرسله التطبيق عنوان IP الخاص بك. تمرّ الطلبات عبر شبكة Cloudflare ثم تصل إلى خادمنا، ولا يسجّل خادمنا هذا العنوان.
- الإبلاغ عن موقع مسجد خاطئ (بمبادرة منك فقط): عند إرسال بلاغ يُرسَل معرّف المسجد، والإحداثيات المصحّحة التي اخترتها، وملاحظتك النصية إن كتبتها، إضافةً إلى معرّف عشوائي للنسخة المثبّتة يُستخدم فقط للحدّ من التكرار المسيء على الخادم. هذا هو الشيء الوحيد الذي يحفظه التطبيق في قاعدة البيانات.
- فحص وجود تحديث: يستخدم التطبيق خدمة التحديث داخل التطبيق من متجر Google Play ليعرف إن كان هناك إصدار أحدث. تجري هذه العملية عبر خدمات Google Play على جهازك.
هذا المعرّف العشوائي يُنشأ داخل التطبيق (UUID) عند أول استخدام، وهو ليس معرّف إعلاني ولا Android ID ولا أي معرّف ثابت للجهاز، ولا يكشف هويتك. ومع ذلك يُعدّ وفق القانون الأوروبي بيانات «مستعارة الهوية» (pseudonymous)، ونتعامل معه على هذا الأساس. كما أنه مستثنى من النسخ الاحتياطي عمدًا، فلا ينتقل إلى هاتف جديد.
ما لا نحتفظ به
- لا يحتفظ خادمنا بعناوين IP: البوّابة العكسية على خادمنا لا تُفعّل سجلّ الطلبات أصلًا، وقاعدة البيانات لا تسجّل الاتصالات ولا الاستعلامات. (انظر أدناه ما يخصّ Cloudflare.)
- لا نحتفظ بإحداثياتك: تُستخدم لحظة تنفيذ الاستعلام لحساب النتائج، ثم تنتهي. لا تُكتب في أي جدول ولا في أي سجلّ.
- يحتفظ خادم الواجهة بسجلّ تقني موجز جدًا لكل طلب: الوقت، ونوع الطلب، ونتيجته، ونص تعريف التطبيق ونظام التشغيل. لا يتضمّن هذا السجلّ عنوانك ولا موقعك ولا أي معرّف يخصّك، فهو لا يحتوي على بيانات شخصية.
أين تُعالَج بياناتك
يعمل خادم التطبيق وقاعدة بياناته على خادم خاص بنا لدى Hetzner في نورنبرغ، ألمانيا (داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي)، وتمرّ الطلبات أولًا عبر شبكة Cloudflare. قاعدة البيانات تحتوي على بيانات المساجد والدروس والمشايخ — وهي بيانات عامة وليست بيانات مستخدمين — إضافةً إلى بلاغات تصحيح المواقع الموصوفة أعلاه.
لماذا نعالج البيانات وعلى أي أساس قانوني
وفق اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات في الاتحاد الأوروبي (GDPR):

لا نستخدم بياناتك في التنميط ولا في اتخاذ قرارات آلية، ولا نعالج فئات خاصة من البيانات: فنحن لا نعرف من أنت، ولذلك لا يمكننا ربط استخدام التطبيق بأي شخص.

لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي حزمة إعلانات أو تحليلات أو تتبّع أو تقارير أعطال من طرف ثالث. وزر «الاتجاهات» يفتح تطبيق الخرائط لديك على إحداثيات المسجد، ولا يرسل موقعك أنت إلى أي جهة.
نقل البيانات خارج الاتحاد الأوروبي
خادمنا داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي. تعمل Cloudflare عبر شبكة عالمية، لذا قد يُعالَج طلبك في موقع خارج المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية؛ وشركة Cloudflare, Inc. معتمدة ضمن إطار خصوصية البيانات بين الاتحاد الأوروبي والولايات المتحدة (EU–US Data Privacy Framework)، وتتضمّن اتفاقية معالجة البيانات لديها البنود التعاقدية القياسية المعتمدة من المفوضية الأوروبية. أما OpenFreeMap وGoogle وTelegram فتعالج البيانات وفق سياساتها وآليات النقل الخاصة بها.
البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك
تُحفظ محليًا: المساجد المحفوظة والدروس المتابَعة، وآخر موقع معروف (لتفادي انتظار تحديد الموقع عند كل فتح)، ونسخة مؤقتة من نتائج آخر بحث لتسريع العرض، وإعدادات بسيطة مثل ما إذا كنت قد شاهدت شاشة الترحيب. تُحذف هذه البيانات جميعها بحذف التطبيق.
الإشعارات
عند «متابعة» درس، يجدول التطبيق تذكيرًا أسبوعيًا محليًا على جهازك قبل 15 دقيقة من موعد الدرس. لا تمرّ هذه التذكيرات عبر أي خادم إشعارات، ولا نعرف نحن ما الدروس التي تتابعها.
مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
- حذف التطبيق يمحو كل ما هو محفوظ على الجهاز. لإزالة النسخة الاحتياطية أيضًا، أوقف النسخ الاحتياطي من إعدادات أندرويد أو احذف بيانات التطبيق من حسابك في Google.
- لا تُخزَّن إحداثياتك، ولا يخزّن خادمنا عنوان IP الخاص بك.
- تُحذف البلاغات تلقائيًا بعد 12 شهرًا من إرسالها، أو قبل ذلك إن طلبت حذفها على darsmap@codekiu.com. تُدوَّر نسخنا الاحتياطية الليلية كل 14 يومًا، فيختفي البلاغ المحذوف من النسخ الاحتياطية خلال 14 يومًا.
- السجلّ التقني الموجز الموصوف أعلاه لا يحتوي على بيانات شخصية.
حقوقك
بموجب اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات (GDPR) والقوانين المماثلة، يحقّ لك:
- الاطّلاع على بياناتك والحصول على نسخة منها، وتصحيحها، وحذفها.
- تقييد معالجتها، والاعتراض عليها — ولا سيما المعالجة القائمة على المصلحة المشروعة — ونقلها.
- سحب موافقتك في أي وقت بإيقاف إذن الموقع من إعدادات أندرويد، دون أن يؤثّر ذلك في مشروعية المعالجة التي تمّت قبل السحب.
لممارسة أيٍّ من هذه الحقوق راسلنا على darsmap@codekiu.com، وسنردّ خلال شهر واحد. ولأننا لا نعرف من أنت، قد نحتاج منك معلومات تكفي للعثور على بياناتك — مثل المسجد وتاريخ البلاغ التقريبي ونصّه (Art. 11 GDPR).
ويحقّ لك تقديم شكوى إلى سلطة حماية البيانات، ولا سيما في دولة الاتحاد الأوروبي التي تقيم أو تعمل فيها. في إسبانيا هي الوكالة الإسبانية لحماية البيانات (AEPD — www.aepd.es).
خصوصية الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه إلى الأطفال. لا نعالج عن قصد بيانات الأطفال دون 14 عامًا — أو السنّ الأعلى للموافقة الرقمية المعتمد في بلدهم، حتى 16 عامًا — دون موافقة أحد الوالدين أو الوصي. إن اعتقدت أن طفلًا أرسل إلينا بلاغًا، راسلنا وسنحذفه.
التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد تُحدَّث هذه السياسة من حين لآخر، وسيتغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلى الصفحة عند أي تغيير جوهري.

Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Android version of مجالس العلم (Majalis Al-Ilm), package name com.darsmap.app, published on Google Play by Jesus Copado Espejo. The iOS version is covered by the iOS privacy policy. Use of the app is governed by the Terms of Use.
Summary
No account and no sign-in. No advertising. No third-party analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. The app never asks for your name, email, or phone number. Our server does not log or retain your IP address.
Permissions the App Requests
These are all of the permissions the app declares, and why each one is needed:

The app does not request background location (ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION) and does not track your location while it is closed.
Data That Leaves Your Device
- Your coordinates are sent to the app's backend only when you are within about 150 km of Madinah — the area the app covers — to run the "nearby classes" query within a radius you choose, and to return the results. If you are outside that area, your location is not sent at all and the app shows Madinah's classes instead. These queries are not tied to any account or identity, because the app has no accounts at all, and your coordinates are written to neither the database nor the server logs. Prayer times are computed on your device; your location is not sent to any external prayer-time service.
- Your IP address: like any internet connection, every request the app makes carries your IP address. Requests pass through Cloudflare's network before reaching our server, and our server does not record it.
- Wrong-location reports (only when you choose to send one): the report includes the mosque's ID, the corrected coordinates you picked, your optional free-text note, and a random per-install identifier used solely for server-side rate limiting. This is the only thing the app ever writes to our database.
- Update check: the app uses Google Play's in-app update service to learn whether a newer version exists. This runs through the Google Play services already on your device.
That random identifier is generated inside the app (a UUID) on first use. It is not an advertising ID, not the Android ID, and not any persistent device identifier, and it does not reveal who you are. Under EU law it still counts as pseudonymous data, and we treat it that way. It is also deliberately excluded from backup, so it does not follow you to a new phone.
What We Do Not Keep
- Our server does not keep IP addresses. The reverse proxy in front of our server has request logging switched off entirely, and the database records neither connections nor statements. (See below regarding Cloudflare.)
- We do not keep your coordinates. They are used at the moment the query runs to compute your results, and then they are gone. They are written to no table and no log.
- Our API layer keeps a very brief technical line per request: the time, the request type, its result, and the app/OS identification string. It contains no address, no location, and no identifier belonging to you, so it holds no personal data.
Where Your Data Is Processed
The app's API and database run on our own server at Hetzner in Nuremberg, Germany (inside the EU); requests reach it through Cloudflare's network. The database holds mosque, class, and teacher listings — public reference data, not user data — plus the location-correction reports described above.
Why We Process Data, and on What Legal Basis
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not process special categories of data: because we do not know who you are, we cannot link use of the app to any person.
Third Parties That Process Data

The app contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting SDK of any kind. The "Directions" button opens your maps app at the mosque's coordinates; it sends your own location to no one.
International Transfers
Our server is inside the EU. Cloudflare runs a global network, so your request may be handled at a location outside the European Economic Area; Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and its Data Processing Addendum incorporates the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. OpenFreeMap, Google and Telegram process data under their own policies and transfer mechanisms.
Data Stored On Your Device
Stored locally: your saved mosques and followed classes, your last known location (so the app does not wait for a fresh fix every launch), a short-lived cache of your most recent results, and small preferences such as whether you have seen the welcome screen. All of it is removed when you uninstall the app.
Notifications
When you "follow" a class, the app schedules a weekly reminder locally on your device, 15 minutes before the class starts. These reminders never pass through a push server, and we do not know which classes you follow.
Data Retention and Deletion
- Uninstalling the app erases everything stored on the device. To remove the backup copy as well, disable backup in Android settings or delete the app's data from your Google account.
- Your coordinates are not stored, and our server does not store your IP address.
- Reports are deleted automatically 12 months after they are submitted, or sooner if you ask us at darsmap@codekiu.com. Our nightly backups rotate every 14 days, so a deleted report also disappears from backups within 14 days.
- The brief technical log described above holds no personal data.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it, have it corrected, and have it erased;
- restrict its processing, object to it — in particular to processing based on legitimate interest — and receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time by turning off the location permission in Android settings, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these rights, email darsmap@codekiu.com; we will reply within one month. Because we do not know who you are, we may need you to give us enough detail to find your data — for example the mosque, the approximate date and the text of a report (Art. 11 GDPR).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live or work. In Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD — www.aepd.es).
Children's Privacy
مجالس العلم (Majalis Al-Ilm) is not directed at children. We do not knowingly process data of children under 14 — or the higher age of digital consent set by their country, up to 16 — without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has sent us a report, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will change whenever a material update is made.

Estos son todos los permisos que declara la app y para qué se usa cada uno:

La app no solicita la ubicación en segundo plano (ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION) ni rastrea tu ubicación mientras está cerrada.
Datos que salen de tu dispositivo
- Tus coordenadas se envían al servidor de la app solo si estás a menos de unos 150 km de Medina —la zona que cubre la app— para hacer la consulta de «clases cercanas» dentro del radio que elijas y devolver los resultados. Si estás fuera de esa zona, tu ubicación no se envía en absoluto y la app muestra las clases de Medina. Estas consultas no están vinculadas a ninguna cuenta ni identidad, porque la app no tiene cuentas, y tus coordenadas no se escriben ni en la base de datos ni en los registros del servidor. Los horarios de oración se calculan en tu dispositivo; tu ubicación no se envía a ningún servicio externo de horarios.
- Tu dirección IP: como en cualquier conexión a internet, cada petición de la app lleva tu dirección IP. Las peticiones pasan por la red de Cloudflare antes de llegar a nuestro servidor, y nuestro servidor no la registra.
- Avisos de ubicación incorrecta (solo si decides enviar uno): el aviso incluye el identificador de la mezquita, las coordenadas corregidas que elegiste, tu nota opcional y un identificador aleatorio por instalación que se usa únicamente para limitar abusos en el servidor. Es lo único que la app escribe en nuestra base de datos.
- Comprobación de actualizaciones: la app usa el servicio de actualizaciones integradas de Google Play para saber si hay una versión más reciente. Funciona a través de los servicios de Google Play de tu dispositivo.
Ese identificador aleatorio se genera dentro de la app (un UUID) la primera vez que se usa. No es un identificador publicitario, ni el Android ID, ni ningún identificador permanente del dispositivo, y no revela quién eres. Aun así, según la normativa europea es un dato seudonimizado, y lo tratamos como tal. Además está excluido a propósito de la copia de seguridad, así que no pasa a un teléfono nuevo.
Lo que no guardamos
- Nuestro servidor no guarda direcciones IP. El proxy inverso de nuestro servidor tiene el registro de peticiones completamente desactivado, y la base de datos no registra conexiones ni consultas. (Ver más abajo lo relativo a Cloudflare.)
- No guardamos tus coordenadas. Se usan en el momento de la consulta para calcular tus resultados y después desaparecen. No se escriben en ninguna tabla ni en ningún registro.
- La capa de API guarda una línea técnica muy breve por petición: la hora, el tipo de petición, su resultado y el texto identificativo de la app y del sistema operativo. No contiene tu dirección, tu ubicación ni ningún identificador tuyo, por lo que no contiene datos personales.
Dónde se tratan tus datos
La API y la base de datos de la app funcionan en nuestro propio servidor en Hetzner, en Núremberg, Alemania (dentro de la UE); las peticiones llegan a través de la red de Cloudflare. La base de datos contiene listados de mezquitas, clases y profesores —datos públicos de referencia, no datos de usuarios— y los avisos de corrección de ubicación descritos arriba.

No usamos tus datos para elaborar perfiles ni para tomar decisiones automatizadas, y no tratamos categorías especiales de datos: como no sabemos quién eres, no podemos vincular el uso de la app a ninguna persona.

La app no contiene ningún SDK de publicidad, analítica, seguimiento ni informes de errores. El botón «Cómo llegar» abre tu app de mapas en las coordenadas de la mezquita; no envía tu propia ubicación a nadie.
Transferencias internacionales
Nuestro servidor está dentro de la UE. Cloudflare opera una red global, por lo que tu petición puede atenderse en un lugar fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo; Cloudflare, Inc. está certificada en el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE–EE. UU. (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) y su Data Processing Addendum incorpora las Cláusulas Contractuales Tipo de la Comisión Europea. OpenFreeMap, Google y Telegram tratan los datos conforme a sus propias políticas y mecanismos de transferencia.
Datos guardados en tu dispositivo
Se guardan localmente: tus mezquitas guardadas y clases seguidas, tu última ubicación conocida (para no esperar una nueva cada vez que abres la app), una caché temporal de tus últimos resultados y pequeñas preferencias, como si ya has visto la pantalla de bienvenida. Todo se borra al desinstalar la app.
Notificaciones
Cuando «sigues» una clase, la app programa un recordatorio semanal localmente en tu dispositivo, 15 minutos antes de que empiece. Estos recordatorios no pasan por ningún servidor de notificaciones, y no sabemos qué clases sigues.
Conservación y supresión de datos
- Al desinstalar la app se borra todo lo guardado en el dispositivo. Para eliminar también la copia de seguridad, desactívala en los ajustes de Android o borra los datos de la app de tu cuenta de Google.
- Tus coordenadas no se almacenan, y nuestro servidor no almacena tu dirección IP.
- Los avisos se eliminan automáticamente 12 meses después de su envío, o antes si nos lo pides en darsmap@codekiu.com. Nuestras copias de seguridad nocturnas rotan cada 14 días, así que un aviso eliminado desaparece también de las copias en un plazo de 14 días.
- El registro técnico breve descrito arriba no contiene datos personales.
Tus derechos
Conforme al RGPD y a la normativa equivalente, tienes derecho a:
- acceder a tus datos y obtener una copia, rectificarlos y suprimirlos;
- limitar su tratamiento, oponerte a él —en especial al basado en interés legítimo— y recibirlos en un formato portable;
- retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento desactivando el permiso de ubicación en los ajustes de Android, sin que ello afecte a la licitud del tratamiento anterior a la retirada.
Para ejercer cualquiera de estos derechos, escribe a darsmap@codekiu.com; te responderemos en el plazo de un mes. Como no sabemos quién eres, puede que necesitemos que nos des datos suficientes para localizar tu información, por ejemplo la mezquita, la fecha aproximada y el texto de un aviso (art. 11 RGPD).
También tienes derecho a presentar una reclamación ante una autoridad de control de protección de datos, en particular la del Estado miembro de la UE donde vivas o trabajes. En España es la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD — www.aepd.es).
Privacidad de los menores
مجالس العلم (Majalis Al-Ilm) no está dirigida a menores. No tratamos a sabiendas datos de menores de 14 años —o de la edad de consentimiento digital superior que fije su país, hasta 16— sin el consentimiento de su padre, madre o tutor. Si crees que un menor nos ha enviado un aviso, contáctanos y lo eliminaremos.
Cambios en esta política
Esta política puede actualizarse ocasionalmente. La fecha de «última actualización» al principio de la página cambiará siempre que haya un cambio relevante.
